Not as a comfort exercise, but as a real inventory. If you cannot name them concretely, the foundation may be less wide than it feels.

Pick one part of your craft where your judgment still leads. Use AI for speed everywhere else, but choose one step where you still make the final call with full attention every time. This keeps your relationship with the craft active rather than supervisory.
